PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti — The judge presiding over the case of 10 American missionaries accused of kidnapping Haitian children has requested that they be freed.

I don't know if you've heard much about it. Apparently there was a group of Baptists from Idaho that tried to sneak 33 Haitian orphans out of the country illegally.
